Services


I offer a free 30 minute initial chat to establish your needs and so you can meet me and see if my services are right for you. I offer a discount for all key workers and also can offer reduced fees for those on low income or income support. 


All sessions will focus on your individual needs. They can be booked as one-off sessions, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Currently these sessions are available via zoom, telephone or face to face at my private practice in Sidcup. Please email sam@mindfulmama.net to book your appointment. 


One to One Mindfulness Support session                        £40

This session looks at you personally and what is going on for you and how you would like to implement mindfulness into your life. We'll talk about specific areas you'd like to address and how mindfulness may help. ​

One to One Mindful Parenting Session                             £40

In these sessions we can discuss your family situation and explore mindfulness techniques that you may find helpful for yourself and for your children. These session can help you with the demands of parenting and help offer strategies for overcoming challenging behaviour. 


One to One Child session  (aged 7+)                                     £40

A mostly child led session where I will work with them to explore their environment in a more mindful way and introduce them to mindful meditation and breathing techniques for self-regulation. 


One to One Child and Parent Session                               £45

A session for children of all ages with their parent but with the focus primarily being on the child and what is going on for them currently and what mindfulness tools we can use in their daily life. 

Group sessions              £10 per person

Practicing mindfulness in a group can be really helpful. In these groups you will meet other parents who may share similar experiences and offer support to one another. The group lasts for 1.5 hours and includes a theme each week with a meditation and chance to talk to each other about your experiences of mindfulness and parenting.
