I am a mindfulness teacher and practitioner, student counsellor and mother to two children Alice (9) and William (6).
I have a passion for mindfulness and want to introduce as many people to it as possible! I believe that both adults and children can benefit from regular mindfulness practice and that taking time to cultivate self-care and compassion within ourselves can be hugely beneficial to our mental health. COVID-19 has affected the world in a way no-one could have imagined and has left people feeling a lack
of control. Mindfulness practice is one way that people can regain that control and develop resilience, acceptance and overall better mental health. I am currently working as an adult bereavement counsellor and as a counsellor in a primary school.
