Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to exercise, connect with yourself and your baby, and prepare for the journey of birth and motherhood. All of our classes, whether drop-in or session format, are taught in the spirit of Whole Birth™Yoga, developed by Robin Sale based in part on the mindfulness technique of Jon Kabat-Zinn. A typical class begins with sharing and discussion, asana (yoga postures) practice, and ends with a restorative pose. This format allows you to build deep relationships with other mothers-to-be, nurture yourself through your pregnancy, and identify and plan for what is important to you in your birth experience. Many mothers express that yoga was the single most effective way of preparing for birth.

Tuesdays, 5:30- 6:45pm, Blossom Birth, Palo Alto (drop-in)
Thursdays, 11:30am- 12:30pm, meditation/ yoga practice; 12:30- 1:00 discussion/ sharing, Yoga Is Youthfulness, Mountain View (drop-in)
Sundays, 11:00am- 12:15pm, Yoga at Cindy's, Sunnyvale (Pre-register online for 6-week session for $99 or purchase 10 drop-in classes for $185) *No class July 4
